A speedpaint, since I miraculously got some time to work on something art-related.
You remember my character Aurora, right? Well, I never quite got around to drawing the two sisters I said she had. This here is one of them. Her younger sister Juneau. Name: Juneau Sex: Female Age: -- Height: 18'4" Length: 50'6" Info: Juneau is an overgrown Orca Galahawk, who was raised with her sisters Mistletoe and Aurora. She is the representation of the arctic/antarctic seas. Juneau is also easily the largest Galahawk alive at a whopping 600+ feet in length. Her sheer size is due to an abundance of food when she was growing up, and ice constantly sticking to her body, making her coat appear thicker. It is rare that Orca Galahawks, especially females, grow horns on their forehead, this also makes Juneau unique. She has the ability to control oceanic storms (she's been known to overturn boats when enraged). However, it is very rare that she has these outbursts. She is constantly swimming, only ever stopping to rest and spend the winter season with Aurora and Mistletoe. She keeps herself properly heated due to her especially thick coat of feathers, and her sail-like fin protruding from her back. It is cold-resistant, and absorbs only heat. Wow, a more recent lineless speedpaint I actually feel proud of. This is a first for me. |D I especially love that I can actually draw decent water for once in my life.
