I watched a marathon of MLP last night and this is the result.
I designed this character a while ago in the pony maker. I meant to draw her sooner but I forgot.

Her name is Snow Day. She's a pegasus who helps with the weather -- particularly in winter months. She has dual residence within Equestria, living in Cloudsdale during the Spring, Summer and Fall, and living in Ponyville during the Winter, offering her assistance setting up/maintaining winter. Her cutie mark represents her love of snow, ice, and her expertise of the winter season. She's really tall. Like, maybe just a hair shorter than Luna.
