Bag of Dragonite (M3 Edition)

Bag of Dragonite: “If you sprinkle the powder on one of your friends during battle, that friend turns into a dragon and attacks all enemies. Gone after one use.”

Last year my good friend Amphibizzy had a FANTASTIC idea to take the concept of the Bag of Dragonite item from Earthbound but, instead of turning you into a generic dragon, turns you into a dragon-type pokemon instead. So me being me, I wanted to bring this concept to the Mother 3 cast as well because she began with Lucas and I was dying to take it from there (they totally didn't steal the dragonite from Porky or anything).

Bonus natures/abilities/movesets because I can (with some MINOR liberties taken)

Lucas (timid nature, Bulletproof ability): 
Bide, Wide Guard, Safeguard, Hidden Power (Psychic)

Kumatora (rash nature, Levitate ability):
Tri Attack, Payback, Draco Meteor, Earthquake

Duster (relaxed nature, Overcoat ability, totem-sized):
Fake Out, Rock Climb, Low Kick, Rest

Boney (brave nature, Aura Break ability): 
Return, Crunch, Camouflage, Extremespeed

Flint (serious nature, Rough Skin ability): 
Bulk Up, Dragon Rush, Brutal Swing, False Swipe

Claus (hasty nature, Soundproof ability): 
Tackle (that's it)
